One token covers one successfully delivered record from a straightforward source. Sources that render through JavaScript, sit behind a session, or defend against automated access cost more per record — each API lists its own estimate.

Worth knowing up front
Cost scales with the date grid, not the property count. A year of forward dates across many properties gets expensive quickly — we size this explicitly at scoping.
