COMMUNITY DIRECTORIES / MANAGED DATA

DISBOARD
server data.

Map the topics.
Understand the communities.

Turn public server listings into structured records for discovery, topic research and ongoing directory monitoring.

A DIRECTORY, READY FOR RESEARCH

Find the patterns
between communities.

Build a view of the public directory around your question, without turning community research into member-level surveillance.

Discover relevant communities

Organize public listings by their descriptions and tags. Build a research shortlist with the original listing links attached.

Map a topic landscape

Compare how communities describe themselves across programming, design or gaming topics. Keep overlapping tags visible.

Follow directory changes

Track observed name, description and tag changes over time. Separate new observations from confirmed listing changes.

BEYOND A LIST OF NAMES

One community.
A traceable record.

Separate the listing itself from where you found it and how it changed. JSON, CSV or a delivery API can follow your agreed schema.

01

Identity

Keep the source server ID as a string, its public name and listing URL. Names alone are not reliable identifiers.

server_id / server_name / listing_url
02

Topics & description

Retain published descriptions and tags. Keep source language labels separate from any optional language inference.

description / tags / published_language
03

Published signals

Capture available counts with their original labels. Include ratings or review counts only when present and in scope.

published_count / review_count / rating
04

Discovery & time

Keep the query, page position, ordering context and observation time alongside the record.

discovery_url / position_on_page / captured_at

A fictional community record. Unknown source identifiers, counts and links remain null.

Delivery fields and coverage are agreed after a verified sample.

Representative fields, not guaranteed coverage. Examples are fictional; missing values are not zero. Public review text and additional detail fields are scoped separately.

READ THE SIGNAL CORRECTLY

A count is not engagement.
A listing is not a member list.

Useful analysis depends on what each field actually represents. These distinctions stay part of the delivery.

01 / COUNTS

Keep the original label

Members, online users and reviews measure different things. An unlabelled number does not become an active-user estimate.

02 / ORDERING

Position needs context

Search position and bump recency belong to a particular directory view. Neither automatically means popularity or growth.

03 / ACCESS

Public means public

The scope is directory metadata. It does not extend to private conversations, account access or profiling individual members.

FEWER REPEATED REQUESTS. BETTER RECORDS.

Collect with a plan.
Deliver with context.

We validate a representative scope before agreeing access, volume or price. Not every field needs a separate page visit or an AI call.

  1. 01 / DISCOVER

    Start with the right scope

Agree topics, languages, page limits and refresh intervals. Assess accessible directory content and collect the fields already present.

  2. 02 / NORMALIZE

    Deduplicate, then enrich

Match source identifiers across results. Visit detail pages only for missing agreed fields; keep source text and structured values distinguishable.

  3. 03 / MAINTAIN

    Make each refresh useful

Validate field coverage, timestamp observations and record collection failures. Deliver snapshots or observed changes on an agreed schedule.

Optional AI classification can organize descriptions around your own categories. Original tags remain intact, and AI-generated labels are kept separate from source facts.

CHOOSE YOUR LEVEL OF SUPPORT

Page content, on demand.
Or a maintained directory feed.

The right choice depends on who owns collection, quality checks and ongoing delivery.

SELF-SERVICE

Scraping API

Collect accessible public pages across websites and optionally analyze or classify their content.

  • You supply the URLs and workflow
  • Content-only collection needs no AI
  • No CAPTCHA or login bypass

SOURCE-SPECIFIC COLLECTION

Managed DISBOARD data

Scope a repeatable directory dataset with source-aware extraction, validation and delivery.

  • Access feasibility and sample review
  • Identity matching and field checks
  • Scheduled snapshots and monitoring
Discuss a directory feed

The example schema is not a built-in Scraping API response. Access, permitted use and source-specific engineering are assessed per project; neither universal access nor unlimited volume is promised.

BEFORE YOU BUILD ON THE DATA

Questions worth
settling first.

Explore the source directory
Will this include every Discord server in a topic?

No. This is a scoped dataset of public DISBOARD listings, not a complete directory of Discord. We agree tags, languages, result pages and a collection window, then report coverage and inaccessible pages separately. A topic label is self-published and does not guarantee that every relevant community uses it.

How are duplicates across tags and pages handled?

We use the source server ID when available and preserve each discovery observation separately. Server IDs remain strings to avoid numeric precision loss. A single community can appear under several tags without inflating the unique-server total. Ambiguous identities are flagged rather than merged by name.

Can I measure active users or community growth?

A public directory count is not proof of engagement. We retain its source label and only compare compatible measurements across dated snapshots. Daily active users, message volume and historical growth before our observations are not inferred from listing metadata.

Do you supply working invites or join servers?

A published join destination can be scoped where accessible, but a server ID is not an invite code. We do not manufacture discord.gg links or guarantee that an invite remains valid. Automatic joining, private channels, member lists and direct-message collection are outside this directory service.

What happens when a page is blocked or a listing is missing?

Collection errors are separate from data changes. We assess source-specific access, use bounded retries and report gaps instead of marking a community deleted. The self-service Scraping API does not include CAPTCHA or login bypass. Managed feasibility is assessed before any volume commitment.

What determines the cost of a recurring feed?

Scope, page volume, detail enrichment, refresh frequency and access complexity drive the quote. We reuse discovery results, deduplicate before enrichment and parse consistent fields without requiring an AI call for every record. Optional classification is scoped separately. A representative sample comes before a recurring-delivery commitment.

START WITH A USEFUL SAMPLE

Which communities
do you want to understand?

Share your topics and a few representative directory URLs. We will assess feasibility and propose a sample with clear coverage and field definitions.

  • Topics, tags and language scope
  • Required fields and collection frequency
  • Output format and downstream use

Projects are accepted individually, subject to feasibility and available capacity. An enquiry does not reserve a solution or confirm delivery. Pricing and terms are agreed directly with our team.
