TICKET INTELLIGENCE / MANAGED DATA

StubHub
ticket data.

See the inventory behind the asking price.

We collect StubHub listing prices, seat details, quantities and offer conditions. Build inventory monitoring and ticket-market research around a maintained data feed.

THE SIGNAL BEHIND THE LISTING

Follow the offers that shape your market.

ScrapingBuddy organizes StubHub listings into source-linked records your team can work with. Track asking prices, retain offer conditions and compare availability across repeated collections.

01

Monitor listing inventory

Follow observed offers across your target events. Compare sections and purchase quantities to understand how available inventory changes.

02

Research price positioning

Compare asking prices for similar seat locations and quantities. Keep listing conditions visible when evaluating differences between offers.

03

Track listing changes

Use event and listing identifiers to connect repeat observations. Separate new offers, price changes and listings no longer observed.

WHAT WE COLLECT

The data behind
your next decision.

Choose the StubHub data points your workflow needs. We keep related details together and agree the final schema around your use case.

01

Event & listing identity

Connect every offer to its marketplace and event. Collection timestamps help your team follow the same listing across deliveries.

02

Section, row & seat detail

Organize offers by source section, row and available seat labels, keeping the location attached to each listing.

Ticket quantities

Separate the number of tickets in a listing from the quantities a buyer can purchase. Compare singles, pairs and larger groups accurately.

Asking prices

Collect the displayed pre-checkout amount for each offer. Combine price observations with seat context and quantity for more useful comparisons.

Notes & listing conditions

Retain source notes and categorized annotations so your research can distinguish offers beyond location and price.

BUILT FOR USEFUL COMPARISONS

Keep the conditions with the price.

An offer is more than its asking price. Notes, purchase quantities and source identities give your team the context to compare it and follow it over time.

Offer context
Listing notes travel with the record instead of disappearing during price extraction.
Repeat observations
Source event and listing IDs help your pipeline connect successive collections.
Inventory signals
Observe availability changes without treating a removed listing as a confirmed sale.

A COLLECTION BUILT AROUND YOUR BRIEF

From event scope
to a maintained feed.

Recurring ticket intelligence needs more than a page response. We scope access, records and quality checks around your research.

  1. 01 / DEFINE

    Start with your events

Share target events, required fields and how you plan to use the data. We agree a collection scope, refresh schedule and delivery format.

  2. 02 / VALIDATE

    Maintain the collection

Source-specific access engineering, parsing and schema checks. Monitor missing fields, failures and freshness separately from inventory changes.

  3. 03 / DELIVER

    Fit your data stack

Review a sample, confirm the schema and connect the delivery to your pipeline. Choose Parquet, CSV, JSON or a scoped API integration.

Our self-service Scraping API collects accessible public content with optional AI analysis. It does not bypass CAPTCHA or login, and does not automatically return this ticket schema.

BEFORE YOU BUILD ON THE DATA

The questions
that affect your model.

Does a disappeared listing mean the tickets sold?

No. Listings can disappear after a sale, a withdrawal, an edit or a collection gap. The feed supports observed inventory changes; confirmed sales require independent transaction evidence.

How are ticket quantities represented?

We keep listing quantity separate from the permitted purchase quantities. A listing containing four tickets does not necessarily offer four individual purchases. Your agreed delivery schema preserves that distinction.

Can you compare StubHub prices with other marketplaces?

Yes, as a scoped research workflow. Matching events and normalizing seat labels, currency, price units and price stages must come before comparison. Marketplace event and listing IDs are not universal identifiers.

How do you set refresh frequency and project pricing?

We scope the event set, listing volume, required fields, collection frequency and delivery method together. Checkout detail or additional enrichment can change the collection work. We validate a sample and agree the scope and price before starting a recurring feed.

What happens when the source changes or a collection fails?

Our managed workflow includes source-specific parsing and validation. We agree freshness checks and how failed or incomplete collections are reported, so a collection failure is not mistaken for empty inventory. Monitoring and maintenance responsibilities are defined in the delivery agreement.

Can the data feed connect to our existing pipeline?

We can scope Parquet, CSV or JSON delivery, or a project-specific API integration. Before delivery, we agree identifiers, field types, missing-value handling, currency, price units and timestamp conventions. This managed feed is separate from the self-service Scraping API.

EXTEND YOUR MARKET VIEW
