Price intelligence
Compare the same item, market and offer. Keep availability beside the price.

RETAIL & MARKETPLACE INTELLIGENCE
The product. The offer.
The context behind the price.
Turn public product pages into usable records, with sellers, variants and local context kept intact.
Compare the same item, market and offer. Keep availability beside the price.
Know who supplies the offer, not just which marketplace displays it.
Connect product identifiers, specifications and variants to your own records.
LOOK INSIDE THE RECORD
A real Samsung Galaxy Watch FE snapshot from Walmart Canada. Three colour options in one HTML response, structured without an AI extraction call.

KEEP THE COMPARISON HONEST
Useful retail data keeps the product, the seller's offer and the shopping context connected.
Keep item IDs and variant labels. Similar names do not prove that two offers are the same product.
item_id + model + variantThe seller, price and availability belong together. Out of stock is a valid result, not a missing price.
seller_id + offer_id + currencyCanada is not the US. A default postcode is not a verified store inventory lookup.
market + location + captured_atTHE LEANEST TESTED ROUTE
For this sample, product state already contained the requested fields. No separate variant visits, custom proxy session or AI extraction were needed.
Collect accessible HTML and validate the expected product ID. An HTTP success can still be a challenge page.
Parse product state and cross-check Product JSON-LD. Preserve missing values and report conflicting fields.
Agree markets, products and cadence. Add detail requests only where the required fields are missing.
Both raw HTML and Markdown requests to the 2Captcha Scraper API returned the Walmart Canada product successfully. The sample here is extracted from the raw HTML: __NEXT_DATA__.props.pageProps.initialData.data contains the product, variants, specifications and review aggregates. Product JSON-LD provides an independent in-page cross-check. This is embedded page data, not a public Walmart API response.
A direct HTTP request returned an identity-verification page despite HTTP 200. We did not interact with that checkpoint. The successful provider tests used the same product URL, without an additional Browser API session, a custom proxy or an AI call. Two successful requests establish a bounded test result, not a throughput benchmark.
One raw request plus deterministic parsing was the lowest-work successful route tested for these fields. The comparison Markdown request is not required to reproduce the extraction. Production cost still depends on access, retries, markets and maintenance; no universal cheapest-price claim is implied.
TWO DIFFERENT JOBS
The API helps you work across websites. A managed project handles the site-specific collection and ongoing maintenance.
Collect public page content, then optionally analyse or classify it for your research.
A collection designed around your products, markets, required fields and refresh schedule.
For repeated, high-volume collection from one retailer, compare the total cost of usable data: access, extraction, validation and maintenance. Custom collection may be a better fit; it is not automatically cheaper for every job.
BEFORE YOU BUILD
Markets, variants, official access and what the source actually proves.
Possibly. Walmart documents an authenticated Item Search API for catalogue discovery; its Catalog Search endpoint serves a seller's own catalogue. We assess your approved access, target market, fields and intended use before selecting a route. Our public-page sample did not use Marketplace credentials, and official API coverage was not tested.
No. It is one English-language Walmart Canada response in CAD. The page used a provider-default Mississauga location; we did not explicitly select it. A store ID in the page context does not establish inventory at that store. US coverage, delivery destinations and store-level availability need separate validation.
A source can retain an online price while the selected offer is unavailable. Price and availability are separate observations, not a promise that you can buy the item. The sample preserves CAD 165.00 alongside OUT_OF_STOCK; unknown shipping costs and delivery dates stay null.
A rating need not include a written review. The visible sample has 71 ratings and 40 written reviews. There is also a source inconsistency: the product object reports numberOfReviews as 69 while the reviews module and JSON-LD report 71. We retain those values separately and flag the mismatch instead of silently choosing one label.
No. Three colour-option records were present inside this product page's state; those URLs were not fetched independently. The sample includes rating aggregates, not reviewer identities or review text. Complete variant enrichment, additional offers and review pagination are separate collection scopes.
Not as a dedicated Walmart endpoint. The sample combines a real content-only Scraper API response with a separate, deterministic research parser. The self-service API returns accessible page content and offers optional AI processing. A maintained Walmart schema, refresh schedule and JSON, CSV or delivery API are scoped as a custom project.
We validate the content, not only HTTP 200. Our direct HTTP test returned 200 with an identity-verification page; it was rejected as unusable. Two 2Captcha Scraper API tests returned the product. This is not a guarantee of future access or throughput. Self-service does not include login or CAPTCHA bypass; managed access constraints are assessed before a project is accepted.
YOUR PRODUCTS. YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
Start with a few product URLs and the fields you need. We'll assess access and scope a sample before a larger rollout.
Projects are accepted individually, subject to feasibility and available capacity. An enquiry does not reserve a solution or confirm delivery. Pricing and terms are agreed directly with our team.
A real person reviews your request. This form does not start a paid collection.
ScrapingBuddy is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Walmart or Samsung. Feasibility and permitted use are reviewed per project. Hero artwork is illustrative; the product image and sample are from a dated Walmart Canada observation.
