Build an app reference
Organize app identities, descriptions and categories into a searchable catalogue for internal software research.

APP DIRECTORY & INTEGRATION INTELLIGENCE
Map the apps.
Understand the connections.
App identities, categories and published capabilities, structured for software research and integration planning.
SEE BEYOND THE APP NAME
Find relevant software, compare published capabilities and keep your reference catalogue current without reading every integration page by hand.
Organize app identities, descriptions and categories into a searchable catalogue for internal software research.
Compare the triggers, actions and searches exposed by your target apps. Shortlist capabilities before implementation testing.
Compare dated snapshots for new apps, changed flags and updated operation sets within an agreed collection scope.
APP IDENTITY + PUBLISHED CAPABILITIES
Connect an app record to its operations with a stable identifier. Keep the source page and observation time alongside the data.
App identity, categories and integration flags, tied to the published source. The description and other available fields can be added to your delivery scope.

Real Google Sheets snapshot. Selected fields only; flags and categories may change after the observation date.

DETAILS WORTH KEEPING SEPARATE
Preserve the distinctions that matter when turning a directory into something your team can reliably query.
Keep app IDs and slugs alongside labels. Apps can appear in multiple categories; that should not create duplicate app records.
A published operation describes a capability. A workflow template combines steps. Neither proves that two accounts are connected or a workflow has run.
Record failed fetches separately. Compare like-for-like snapshots before treating an absent app or operation as a real change.
LESS REPEATED WORK. BETTER CONTEXT.
Collect the directory once, then request detail only for the apps and fields that matter to your project.
Agree categories, filters and coverage. Collect app identities from the accessible directory and deduplicate before enrichment.
Parse available structured page data for categories and published operations. Keep operation types and required-field metadata distinct.
Check schema, missing values and source identity. Deliver the agreed tables or JSON, with dated updates and failed-page reporting.
The directory and app page tested with 2Captcha returned embedded JSON. Parsing those fields required no AI call or interactive browser session.
View the sample sourceValidate the returned content before escalating to browser rendering. Deduplicate app detail requests and reserve AI for optional analysis or classification.
Scraper API referenceCollection scope, refresh frequency and reuse are reviewed against Zapier's source terms. This is a public catalogue-data service, not access to private accounts, credentials or users' workflows.
CHOOSE HOW YOU WANT TO WORK
Use the API for your own public-page research. Choose a custom collection when you need a maintained, structured dataset.
Collect accessible public pages across websites, with optional AI analysis and classification.
A defined app set, normalized operations and an agreed refresh plan for recurring catalogue research.
BEFORE YOU SCALE
No. The first directory response in our sample contained 22 app records, not the full catalogue. Category and pagination coverage must be agreed and checked separately. We deduplicate by source app ID and report the collected scope rather than treating a displayed total as delivered coverage.
They remain separate operation types. A trigger starts a workflow; an action performs work; a search looks up an existing record. The sample parser keeps published operation keys and excludes hidden implementation helpers. Matching by display name alone can incorrectly merge different operations.
It describes the integration as observed on Zapier. It is not the third-party vendor's subscription price, a guarantee of plan eligibility, or a complete lifecycle history. Missing flags remain unknown rather than becoming false.
It can help shortlist compatible capabilities, but a published action is not proof of an executable workflow. Authentication, account permissions, plan requirements, dynamic fields and the actual payload still need testing. This service collects catalogue metadata; it does not connect accounts or run Zaps.
Start with a dated baseline, then compare successful observations using app ID, operation type and operation key. Keep the implementation identifier where available. A failed request or disappearance from one category is not enough to declare that an app or action has been removed.
Not for the pages validated in our sample. Their initial HTML included structured app and capability data, which we parsed without AI. Rendering is a fallback when required fields are genuinely absent. Optional classification, translation or analysis is a separate step, not a prerequisite for extraction.
Directory coverage, the number of enriched apps, required fields and refresh frequency determine the work. We avoid repeated detail requests for the same app. JSON can preserve nested operations; CSV can use separate app and operation tables joined by app ID. Scheduled files or a managed API are scoped to your project, with source access and reuse requirements reviewed first.
START WITH YOUR APP SET
Share the apps, categories and capabilities you want to research. We will validate a sample and propose a collection scope.
Projects are accepted individually, subject to feasibility and available capacity. An enquiry does not reserve a solution or confirm delivery. Pricing and terms are agreed directly with our team.
We review scope and source access first. This form does not run a scrape or create a paid task.
ScrapingBuddy is not affiliated with Zapier or Google. The hero is an illustration; the data samples are dated public-page observations. Delivery is subject to agreed scope and appropriate source access.
