Map your competitive set
Organize properties by destination, location, category and facilities. Compare guest feedback without confusing review scores with star classifications.

HOSPITALITY INTELLIGENCE / MANAGED DATA
The property is the starting point.
The stay makes it comparable.
Hotel listings, guest-rating signals and scoped room offers, structured around your destinations, travel dates and research needs.
TURN HOTEL SEARCH INTO MARKET CONTEXT
Choose the markets and stay scenarios that matter. Keep a property's identity separate from the room, rate and conditions attached to each offer.
Organize properties by destination, location, category and facilities. Compare guest feedback without confusing review scores with star classifications.
Study offers for the same dates and guest mix, retaining room type, meal plan, cancellation wording and known price components.
Build dated observations for selected hotels and searches. Keep newly observed offers, missing results and collection failures distinguishable.
TWO RECORD TYPES. DIFFERENT MEANINGS.
Explore a checked public property snapshot and a proposed stay-quote structure. Collection fields, availability and delivery format are agreed for your project.
A normalized snapshot of a public hotel page inspected on 10 October 2026. This is our field naming, not a native Booking.com API response.

The observed page also showed property descriptions, photographs and facilities. This compact example excludes review text and reviewer identities. It does not establish room availability, a price, or market-wide coverage.
The snapshot is a dated observation, not a live booking offer. Guest identities, private reservation data and review text are outside this example.
View the source propertyCONTEXT IS PART OF THE DATA
Retain the conditions that explain an offer before calculating averages, tracking changes or ranking a competitive set.
Room type, board, guest allocation and cancellation terms distinguish offers within a property. Do not flatten them into one undifferentiated hotel price.
Keep the stated price basis and any included, excluded or conditional charges. Unknown fees stay unknown, not zero.
Booking.com pricing conceptsPreserve destination bounds, filters, sort order, dates and retrieval status. A missing property does not establish removal or sold-out inventory.
A COLLECTION BUILT FOR REPEAT USE
Define the permitted source and required outputs first. Then choose a collection method and schedule that fit the research, not an unnecessarily broad search grid.
Choose destinations or hotels, stay dates, guest combinations, currency and fields. Confirm access and intended use before scaling.
Check property identity, room-rate relationships, price basis and missing values. Review a representative sample and report incomplete runs explicitly.
Agree separate refresh cadences for property details and stay quotes. Receive JSON, CSV, TSV or a scoped API integration with monitoring and maintenance.
The self-service Scraping API collects accessible public content with optional AI analysis. Content-only mode does not use AI. It does not bypass CAPTCHA or login, and it does not automatically return this hotel schema.
ACCESS & COST, WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK
Use deterministic parsing for stable fields where possible. Reserve browser rendering or optional AI enrichment for work that needs it.
Booking.com's Demand API requires partner access and an agreed use. API inventory and prices need not match every consumer-web result. Where web collection is permitted, the method is validated against the target pages; neither route is assumed to be unrestricted.
Demand API prerequisitesA property page can expose hotel details without providing a stay-specific quote. Rates need the relevant dates and guest context, and some fields may require rendered content or an approved API. We validate representative pages and record missing fields before committing to coverage or pricing.
It can be evaluated as a page-fetching or browser provider within a permitted collection plan. Its JSON response envelope is not automatically structured hotel data. Validate the returned content, then parse the required fields; measure cost per usable record, including failures, rather than assuming a request price guarantees results.
Provider documentationTECHNICAL QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING
Dates, stay length, adults, child ages, room allocation, currency, country and device or membership eligibility can change the offer. Compare the same search context and room conditions; do not merge an unrestricted public quote with a member-only offer.
They are different signals and stay in separate fields. Property star classification does not replace a guest score. Overall review counts also stay separate from category-specific scores, location scores and the number of review texts actually collected.
Not necessarily. Preserve the original amount, currency and stated price basis, together with known included or excluded charges. Some charges are conditional. Do not silently divide a total into nightly prices or treat missing tax information as zero.
No. The result applies to a particular stay and party configuration. Restrictions or incomplete retrieval can affect what appears. We distinguish an explicit unavailable offer, an empty scoped search and a failed collection; none alone proves occupancy or revenue.
No. Location bounds, dates, filters, sorting, pagination and access affect coverage. Search listings and room-rate products are different record types. We agree coverage checks and deduplication rules without treating one result page as a complete city inventory.
It is an option only with the required partner access and an agreement that permits the proposed use. It is not an open, anonymous endpoint or a general licence to redistribute data. This page does not claim a Booking.com partnership or an approved Demand API integration.
Refresh relatively stable property details separately from date-sensitive offers. Limit the destination, stay and guest combinations to what your research needs, reuse validated records where permitted, and use deterministic field parsing when possible. Browser or provider costs must be measured on an agreed sample; no cheapest-route guarantee is implied.
MANAGED BOOKING.COM DATA
Share the destinations, properties and stay scenarios you need to compare. We will review access and scope a sample before agreeing pricing and delivery.
Projects are accepted individually, subject to feasibility and available capacity. An enquiry does not reserve a solution or confirm delivery. Pricing and terms are agreed directly with our team.
A real person reviews your brief. This does not start paid collection or make a reservation.
