REAL ESTATE / MANAGED DATA

Zillow
property data.

Understand the homes.
Track the market around them.

Listings, prices and property details, structured around the locations and questions that matter to your business.

Illustrative neighborhood, not collected listings

A CLEARER VIEW OF YOUR MARKET

From individual listings
to meaningful comparisons.

Start with a defined market and a research question. Build a dataset with the detail needed to answer it.

Compare local supply

Group listings by geography, home type and size. Study asking prices within comparable sets, not across unrelated properties.

Research rental offers

Compare advertised rents with unit size and rental period attached. Keep building-level starting prices separate from exact unit offers.

Monitor listing changes

Follow validated price and status movements across repeat collections. Distinguish a genuine change from an incomplete response.

A DATASET YOU CAN BUILD ON

Property records.
With context intact.

Explore representative output structures for sale listings, rental offers and observed changes. Your delivery schema is agreed after a verified sample.

The property and its asking price.

Keep each listing attached to its location, identity and observation time. An asking price is not a completed transaction.

zpid
Source property identifier, when available.
asking_price
Numeric amount and currency, separate from valuations.
property
Beds, baths, home type and floor area with units.
observed_at
When the listing was collected, not when it was listed.

Fictional values. No live property or price claims.

Illustrative structure only. These are fictional values, not an observed Zillow listing. Missing values stay null; a confirmed sample determines the final fields.

SIMILAR NUMBERS. DIFFERENT MEANINGS.

A useful dataset
keeps the distinctions.

A property observation only makes sense when you know what the number represents.

Asking price is not a sale price
Keep advertised offers, published transaction history and valuation estimates in separate fields. Do not turn one into another.
A Zestimate is not an appraisal
Zillow describes its Zestimate as an automated estimate. When available and in scope, it remains a labelled source estimate. Zillow's explanation
A snapshot is not a complete market
Retain filters, geographic boundaries and observation time. Missing results and unsuccessful collection are not zero inventory.

SCOPED FIRST. MAINTAINED OVER TIME.

From a market brief
to a reliable delivery.

Validate the access route and useful records before committing to volume. Add requests only where the agreed fields need them.

  1. 01 / SCOPE

    Define your coverage

Choose locations, listing types, required fields and frequency. Check whether licensed data or published research already meets the need.

  2. 02 / VALIDATE

    Collect the necessary detail

Assess accessible page content and embedded data. Parse structured fields directly, deduplicate records and enrich only the properties that need detail visits.

  3. 03 / DELIVER

    Keep the feed usable

Agree JSON, CSV or a custom delivery API. Define timestamps, missing values, quality checks and how freshness issues reach your team.

THE RIGHT SERVICE FOR THE JOB

One-off page research.
Or an ongoing property feed.

Self-service content collection and a maintained real-estate dataset solve different problems.

YOU RUN THE WORKFLOW

Scraping API

Collect accessible public pages across different websites, with optional AI analysis or classification.

WE BUILD & MAINTAIN IT

Managed Zillow data

A source-specific collection, validation and delivery process for agreed markets and fields.

  • Access and anti-bot feasibility assessment
  • Property matching and scoped enrichment
  • Monitoring, refreshes and delivery checks
Scope your property feed

A Zillow dataset is not a built-in response from the self-service API. Custom access engineering, coverage and costs are assessed per project; no universal access or scale guarantee is implied.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST DELIVERY

The questions
that shape the work.

Can you collect every listing in a city or ZIP code?

We agree a geographic boundary, filters, listing types and a collection window first. Search results can depend on map bounds, pagination and source availability. We validate coverage for that scope; we do not promise complete national inventory from a single search or guarantee every property will be reachable.

How do you match properties across searches and refreshes?

We use the source property identifier where available, while retaining the original URL and unit-level address. A building and its units stay distinguishable. Ambiguous matches are flagged instead of merging records solely because their street addresses look alike.

Can I get historical prices and days on market?

Published history can be scoped where available. Changes detected between our own collections are a separate data stream. Days on Zillow, a published listing date and our first observation date are not interchangeable. We label each field and do not invent history for periods we have not observed.

What happens if Zillow blocks a request or a listing disappears?

A blocked or incomplete response is a collection issue, not proof that a listing sold or was removed. We track collection status separately, assess permitted source-specific access and agree retry limits and freshness expectations. CAPTCHA or login bypass is not included in the self-service Scraping API.

Do photos, agent contacts and valuations come with every record?

No. These are separately scoped fields with varying availability and use restrictions. Photo references do not grant republication rights. Private owner details are not a default dataset. Any Zillow valuation remains labelled as an estimate, separate from asking prices and completed sale prices.

How do you price a recurring property feed?

The quote depends on the geographic scope, listing volume, required fields, detail-page enrichment and refresh frequency. We validate a representative sample before agreeing delivery and maintenance. A basic page-request rate is not a complete price for a maintained property dataset.

YOUR MARKET. YOUR RESEARCH BRIEF.

Start with the
properties that matter.

Share a few representative URLs and the markets you want to understand. We will review feasibility and scope a sample before discussing recurring delivery.

Talk through your project

Up to 5,000 characters.

Projects are accepted individually, subject to feasibility and available capacity. An enquiry does not reserve a solution or confirm delivery. Pricing and terms are agreed directly with our team.

A real person reviews your brief. This form does not start a paid collection.
